Streem is a simple application that was easy to use and deploy across our organzation. We use Streem to conduct virtual site visits in lieu of phyically going to customer homes. In 80%+ of cases we are able to collect the information we need to accurately scope a job.

Seeing exactly what the tech is looking at while resolving the repair will speed up the call. Great time saver. Also allows the customer service person to see other things that the dealer tech does not talk about but also needs attention. Creating a video that others can review has proven to be a great tool.

The screenshots are taken in a higher quality than the video. this makes it easier to screenshot issues and show the problem in detail. Also the laser pointer and drawing features make it so much easier to aide the customer.
