Streem has empowered our team to visually diagnose and resolve customer issues more accuratly. Streem is very easy to use for both parties, as it requires no app to be installed. The ability to use AR overlays and screenshots that capture serial numbers have been very useful. Most of all our Streem Rep Maricel Gamolo has made this integration very seemless. She provides updates and listen to our needs and respond quickly.
