With Streem we're able to connect our business with the customers through live video chat that allows face-to-face communication between our customers and business. This has helped to resolve issues more quickly and efficiently. It's available for iOS and Android devices, allowing customers to access support from anywhere at anytime. It also offers seamless integrations with other business tools such as CRM systems and Help Desk software, hence streamlining our customer support processes.
