Great for splitting up annoying gmail threads

I like one of the lesser popular features that lets you split email threads from previous emails that have been indiscriminately put into the same chain by gmail just because they have the same title. I've previously used it for CRM at another company, and if you organize by stage it is a helpful free tool.

I use it just for the read receipts for every email

Slick integration with gmail, adds eyeball icons next to emails that change to green when viewed. Use it in both my personal and work inbox now!
