The best thing is that you help the world and your team at the same time. Evergreen is easy to use and encourages you to say something positive about your colleagues regularly. It's easy to forget to recogise the efforts of your team because the day-to-day tends to be busy, but Evergreen reminds you to take a moment to boost the moral of your colleagues.
