You can get a lot of information on your customer's account in a few clicks; information about the subscription, previous meetings, who are the users and their roles in the company, etc. It's also very handy to plan tasks quickly and allows me to focus on what really matters, talking to customers, without worrying about the practicalities, my next step is always planned and I don't have to constantly think about it. Their support is also a big plus for me. I recently have been exploring other possibilities of the tool and their CS (Fanny) contacted me right away to plan a meeting. The meeting taught me everything I needed to know, the next steps are clear for both parties... Amazing service!
