Great product
StarRez is very user friendly and provides great customer service to clients, pretty much 24/7. The web platform is great for on the go usage and is easily integrated with your organizations internal security. Report building is the most difficult on the platform but fairly intuitive the more you are able to practice. There are a number of additional features that can be purchased for additional costs so you really need to focus on your goals before allocation of additional funds for features.

I really enjoy how easy the interface is for first time users. It's very easy to search for residents or resources when I'm on a time crunch at the front desk and am juggling a few things at one time..
