Easy to use, intuitive, and endlessly customizable.

The off-the-shelf reports answer most questions I have, and for everything else I can create pivot tables within the reporting to re-jig the data depending on what it is I'm looking to do. The dashboard at the front is a great way to see how the team is doing at-a-glance and provides great little snippets for other reporting that tell a story on their own.

High quality surveying company

The customer service we receive from SQM is at an extremely high level. Very friendly, verify timely responses. And they must be a good company because they have a very low turnover rate. We've been working with the same vendor managers for years now.
