Albus makes a great little assitant and keeps me company in my solo slack channel. I personally have used it to help me think of DIY science project ideas and I have been thrilled with the results.

Without a doubt, what satisfies me the most is "Integrations". Yes we can use ChatGPT from openAI or PoE but at $19/m, and there are more complex tuning configurations needed to integrate our organization's own documents. In Albus I just need a Slack account, at a very reasonable price. Albus's team tirelessly adds new features to the product, and I am a witness to all of this. At first, "Integrations" could only use Google Drive format, but look at how many ways there are now, they even added a Chrome extension. If you encounter some minor issues, you can email them and they will respond quickly.
