Studies look great and are super easy to create. Basic implementation is easy with the javascript SDK (though adding events could be a little easier for us - more on that in the next section). The AI summaries are super helpful. As a result we've seen solid organic adoption with our PMs who are lunching quite well designed surveys with minimal support!

The fact that it integrates so easily out of the box with our front end. I've had a few challenges here and there getting things to work, but the customer support team is always easy to contact and get help from. I like how easy it is to see the metrics, and the AI summary is very useful. Overall, it's a great product!
