It's very logical and intuitive and one can usually find the answer/instruction to take just by working one's way round the site. The support we received (from Michelle McMahon) was superb. We couldn't have got where we have done without her guidance and advice.

The email templates are easy to edit, aand so is issuing emails with links to the questionnaire, assessment and reminders. I even like the reports features. They are clear and informative. The summary information at the front and the detailed scores later, is an excellent format as a report. This software is very easy to use and the registration isn't even long. The support team is also very responsive and professional. Set up was easy and it takes minutes to get a questionnaire ready.
