Made my maternity leave great

Shoutout to Tom from Sparrow for being amazing and supporing my maternity leave. He was great about checking in, and answering my many questions. It was amazing to not have to worry about all the paperwork. Sparrow also works in accordance with your state's maternity leave policy, so I was able to leave a month before my due date. They also provide options and flexibility. I really appreciate the great communication and smooth process. I would totally be lost without them! Thanks again Tom!
