Sparrow made having our first child so much easier
My wife and I had our first child and both of us work at big tech companies with great benefits. Her experience filing the paperwork necessary to go on parental leave was a nightmare compared to mine. This extremely easy process was all thanks to Sparrow! Some people go on leave without Sparrow?
Having a kid for the first time is already a lot to manage. Knowing all the paperwork and logistics to make sure I still got paid was so turnkey with Sparrow that I didn't even realize all that they were doing until a friend outlined the hellish process he had to go through.
