They did the thinking for me when my brain was otherwise occupied

Parental leave is a lot to navigate. Between state and private disability, CA PFL, and my employer, there are a lot of forms to fill out and money to track. Sparrow took the guesswork out, and made it as easy as it could possibly get. In the days after giving birth, when my mind was understandably elsewhere, they gave the right amount of prompting to make sure I completed everything I needed to to avoid missing out on any benefits or causing headaches down the road.

Sparrow took on all of the hard parts of navigating LOA for me so that I could focus on my health

They made navigating my leave of absence exponentially easier on me by handling all of the tedious paperwork, making phone calls, and following up with my doctor and insurance company as needed. I felt like they truly valued my wellbeing and advocated for me so that I could really focus on getting the care I needed to recover and return to work. Their compassion, attentiveness, knowledge and expertise is unsurpassed and I'm extremely grateful to have had their support. I'd recommend them tenfold.

Smooth experience with maternity leave

It was very seamless going on maternity leave with Sparrow. My account manager was very responsive over email and helped me file all of my disability paperwork. They kept me up to date with their current progress. I was able to receive my disability pay during maternity leave without delay or much hassle. When there was a minor error in my disability pay, Sparrow was able to get that sorted out really quickly and without issue.
