The 1:1 personalization throughout the entire process, from getting FMLA setup up until closing out the STD window, has been top notch. Receiving nudges, updates, and inquiries about not only the status of the filed claim, but also the check-ins about personal well-being have made the process less daunting and lonely. I truly feel like there is someone always there to answer questions and provide any support I might need. Very easy to setup the portal and to check on the estimated payment frequency and amounts during the period of disabilitiy.
