Maternity Leave Experience

Great communication, easy to use portal. Everything was very clear from begininning to end. The portal was easy to use and I was able to easily provide and get documentation and information. I also liked that they submitted all the information that was needed to my leave which made my leave experience so much better.

Made parental leave a breeze

The best part of Sparrow for me was the leave specialist support. On the platform, you're able to enter your FMLA credentials and the Sparrow team will complete all of the necessary steps for you within the respective FMLA site. There were a few questions I had along the way regarding the process or benefits payout and my leave specialist was always there to help, often following up to make sure everything was in order. As a new parent (or anyone with a newborn) this is essential support.
