Amazing Benefit

|Sparrow
Throughout my maternity leave (and pre-leave), Sparrow has been absolutely amazing in helping me navigate disability, pay and bonding leave. Before being at having Sparrow as a benefit, I was on the phone for hours calling EDD etc, and figuring out the process. Since I have had Sparrow, I have been able to save so much time and this has allowed me to be more present at work and also connect with my baby during my leave.
