My corporate leave policy and pay structure, then combined with state and federal allowances, was super cofusing to me, and my Sparrow rep walked me through what to expect in great detail and answered ALLLL my questions. She even made me a handy spreadsheet calendar showing week by week of the leave where my pay would be coming from and what % to excpect. This would have been enough alone, but then when our paperwork somehow got rejected by the State and I stopped getting paid, my Sparrow rep was a huge advocate in helping sort it out so I could get my payments. This service was vital to me and my mental wellbeing during those first few bonding months with my new child, and life would have been much, much harder and more stressful without Sparrow.
