Seamless Experience!

My case worker was knowledgeable and even when she did not have an immediate answer, quickly did the research to answer my questions and make sure I stayed on track with all my maternity paperwork. She nudged me just enough to get everything done after the birth of my child, but I never felt pressured or stressed to provide immediate answers.
