Seamless and pleasant experience - twice!

Prompt, professional communication. I get details on what I need to do, what to expect, and when. Account setup and management is easy. Aside from providing evidence of birth, there is basically nothing I need to do, and I can enjoy family time. All my questions were answered promptly (less than 24 hours) and my support contact was very patient will all my questions! Such a pleasant and stress-free experience.

Seamless and transparent maternity leave!

Sparrow made the process of maternity leave incredibly easy. My representative put together a clear planning document explaining how much I would get paid, and the breakdown of payments where they would be split. Although my rep changed, it was a seamless transition and I was able to easily add on additional time for FMLA before it expired. I was overall incredibly happy with Sparrow!
