Make a stressful time easier!

Having an email address and someone to ask questions direclty to at Sparrow made the whole process really easy - and it was so appreicated to have someone to nagivate the logisitics of taking leave so I could focus on my family as we were in a time of crisis. My state even had a brand new paid family leave program and I was one of the first, if not the first, to use it with Sparrow and Priyanka was able to give me step-by-step instructions on how to use it and made it really easy to fill out!

They take care of all the administrative stuff about parental leave. I don't have to deal with EDD, which is known to be a pain.
