Very decent software but limited.

|VideoScribe
Have you ever seen AsapScience and just loved the pencil hand animation. VideoScribe will be perfect to get you something similar using online cartoon images, The timing features are like any other software but it is quite user friendly and easy to use. It is not free so annoying watermarks are there. Not much support available online, but Googling might give ypu some answers.

Old is Gold!

|VideoScribe
Videoscribe is versatile software that works both online and offline.The best thing about Videoscribe is that they allow users to import SVG, PNG, or JPEG into their software. It used be the King software in Animation I think its still the king, and no one can replace this gem software!

Good for beginners in the video industry

As an animation student, definitely was one of my go-to places but also what I would advise for beginners. Very easy to use and navigate, and frankly the best is that even if one has never made an animated video before- you can with this software. There are quick tutorials too and a guide for those who are lost, which was very helpful when I used it in the beginning.
