I like how we can segregate event types and the events within the software. It helps with the organisation.

It has an intuitive interface for both managers and agents and really makes planning team's schedule easier! Quite excited for some of the things they have in the pipeline, such as an analytics dashboard to view by team's performance and an auto-scheduling feature to help me automate away the very tedious task of planning my team's schedule every week – especially with the amount of considerations I have to take into account, such as their working hours, company policy, etc.
