The Sonix user interface could not be more straightforward. Even those of us who are not particularly tech-savvy can follow the upload feature and watch (if you want to) in real time as your audio file is being transcribed. I record our internal communications podcast in a very low-tech way, and Sonix still really had no trouble interpreting what was said into our cheap little microphone. Better yet, if there were minor errors, the editing software makes it easy to buzz through your copy and make corrections (if, say, you're being required to provide a transcript to someone, and you want it to be perfect).

It's faster than trying to transcribe yourself, and I would say it gets it more right than wrong. It's also pretty easy to go back and make corrections.
