The customer support we have recieved has been great making implmentating SONAR very easy and straightforward process.
Having daily spot rates for specific lanes has been very helpful for our team of shippers to ensure we getting rates matching markets conditions. Also being able to see trends in carriers and rejections rates has allowed are team to better prepared and be ahead of any potential shipping delays.
