LTC Pharmacy User

While there are a lot of features I still am not aware of how to use, nor do I need to use for my purposes, I find FrameworkLTC user-friendly. I was able to catch on quickly when I first began using it. It is very useful for my pharmacy in integrating with DocuTrack.

From the leadership to the support staff everyone interacts on a personal level and listens to the concerns and sugestions of the users. Many of the suggestions for enhancements come from us, the users. I love it!

FrameworkLTC has everything we need to serve our communities

|FrameworkLTC
The suite of products and interfaces provided by FrameworkLTC allow us to safely and efficiently serve our residents and their teams. Long Term Care pharmacy requires attention to detail and the abilty to provide care to many residents in a limited amount of time. Their software allows us to do this by providing a user friendly solution that utilizes high end logistics. Their support team is always available and has improved tremendously over the years. The new leadership has been a much more active listener to their users than years past.
