FlexiPDF has become my favorite PDF editing and processing tool. It has an excellent set of tools for editing PDF documents, including very strong image and text editing capabilities. I use it most frequently for adding comments to PDF versions of contracts as I review them, but also for comparing PDF documents to see where revisions to prior versions have been made. It's true that you can get a lot of these same features from Adobe Acrobat, but it takes up almost 3 GB of space on my hard drive and is very intrusive, installing add-ons all over my computer. FlexiPDF doesn't integrate with MSOffice products the way that Acrobat does, but I like that.
