I really like the ease of using the website and how easy it is to navigate the website and to create new transactions.

Berbix is very easy to navigate. Its interface is clear and make finding info really simple, a plus when we need to be able to work quickly! Best software I've gotten to use yet compared to others.

I like that this helps establish trust with our users. It may be an inconvenience for them because it's another process they have to go through but it also let's them know that we do have an extra layer of vetting for their protection. Fortunately, it's a fairly simple process that customers can always get through.
