Love how user-friendly Swell is! I set up with a rep how I wanted our review capturing requests to look, and everything after that was easy. We are a tour company, so there are hundreds of texts going out each day at different times, but I hardly have to do anything. It is well organized on the back end, making it easy to see the responses and troubleshoot any issues. Customer service is excellent as well.
