Social status has a very Clean interface

Social Status gives you quick access to the key statistics of the pages that you manage. You are able to cycle through various categories of data, and zero in on specific details of your posts, your page performance, your ad spend and also your competitors. You can also set up reporting intervals, or produce reports on the fly in PPT format. I also like how Tim and his team have made the decision to focus the tool's capabilities solely around the reporting aspect, and not thrown in other features like scheduling and such as many tools do. This has allowed them to improve the functionality and user experience of the tool significantly over the past 2 years. The customer support team is also on point, and have an excellent turn-around time. Thus far, all issues that I've encountered have been addressed and resolved within 24 hours (if not, instantly) by the team.
