The flexibility of the tool! The team is always very available, and with some advice we were able to completely replace our intranet.

The UI is fun to use and looks great! It looks like a modern social media platform, and the mobile app also looks great and works well. Setting up campaigns and challenges is not only easy but fun as well! I like how you can create a challenge and then set different reward badges for employees to gain, and the new feature to reward employees with trees to offset carbon use is nice as well. As with any software I've run into a couple of errors, but every time the tech team or our account representative has been helpful and responsive, and we were able to fix the issues right away. They've also been great to work with on finding custom information that isn't immediately obvious in the system.
