Responsive, Helpful Support That Keeps Operations Running Smoothly

What I like best about Smily is their responsive and helpful support team. Whenever we’ve encountered an issue or had a question, they’ve consistently provided quick responses and worked efficiently to resolve problems, making it much easier to keep our operations running smoothly. The integration with the OTAs are also very strong which helps us as we update pricing several times throughout the day and need quick syncing across all platforms.

Integration with Airbnb, Wheelhouse, etc. The possibilities for rules for pricing, fees, etc. The possibilities to customize your own messages that are automatically sent to guests, to owners, to our team. Fast and professional support.

Reliable Channel Sync and Time-Saving Property Management at Scale

Smily works well for managing our 450–500 properties. The channel sync is reliable and we don't get double bookings. The API is helpful for building our own automations, and rates and availability are easy to manage. Support has been responsive when we need it. Having everything in one place saves us a lot of time.
