Streamlines Cross-Channel Management, Needs Faster Feature Sync

I love using Smartly for its easy-to-use and flawless interface. It allows me to have my reporting view directly on my campaign view for a quick overview of my activities. The views that combine multiple channels give me quick insights into my cross-channel activities without needing to switch tabs. The Cross Channel PBA feature is a standout; it saves a lot of manual budget optimization work while also improving performance. Additionally, the people who work at Smartly are very easy to collaborate with, and having 24/7 support is great. We also had great support during onboarding for other clients in the past.

I love using Smartly for campaign setup and optimization because it saves us a lot of time. The automated ads and new product features like countdown ads and conversational ads are great for social media. I really like the time-saving aspect and the efficiency it brings to our processes. The conversational ads feature provides new insights into our audience, making them valuable to use.
