We recently deployed LoadProof to help mitigate chargebacks and deductions from customers. LoadProof is very user-friendly and works with our warehouse scanners, so no additional hardware was required. Since you can have multiple users with different roles, it has allowed us to improve response time when providing pictures for backup on claims. The support staff has been great. They are very responsive and have fulfilled my feature enhancement request.
