It's very quick to use and the end results can be made to look hand drawn which gives them a more memorable quality. Customer support is very good and updates and bug fixes are dealt with rapidly. I don't use the software every day, I'm only a light user, but I'm glad it's there when I need it. Export facilities are good and I can get my diagrams easily into other software if needed. There's a good range of clipart for artistically challenged people like me. Overall, you get a lot of functionality for your money.
