Sketchboard is an amazing app and I would suggest everyone who are looking for an app to do software diagrams such as UML,design patterns and flowcharts so effortlessly. One more thing I forgot to mention is this app lets you add comments over the shapes that you can have in-depth discussions.

It helps me and my teams collaborate on new alteryx work flow ideas because we can sketch out the processes and work in real time which is way easier than emailing or google chatting. The interface is simple yet smooth with only four color backgrounds to select (I use mainly grid and paper).

It contains a free trial which is very helpful for users to judge how it works for their needs. The free version works for well for those who cannot afford the paid version. It streamlines the business and also integrates with other softwares like Slack, Google Drive and many more. Data can be exported in pdf and other formates according to your own needs. Comments can be added while communicating with team members.
