I really like the reliability of my test results--because SiteSpect sits within a websites data layer, I know that I am getting clean, quality data with no interference. I am able to segment my data quickly and efficiently with very little effort. I am also able to easily export the raw datasets for more complex analyses. In addition, my experience with the SiteSpect team is always wonderful. If there is something I want to do, but am unsure about how to approach it, I am always able to bring those concerns to my product consultant and dedicated developer and we are able to workshop my idea in the same day. Furthermore, I find that my concerns are always addressed, and my feedback on the tool is always taken seriously.
