AutoNDA allows me to create a more seemless internal NDA process. I had the opportunity to contribute to AutoNDAs early development. It's still surprising to me that a simple NDA automation tool like this didn't already exist. It's easy to use, easy to implement, and a great way for growing companies to manage one of the more routine and tedious contract workflows.
