That we are able to see if customers are engaging with our email sends. That information allows our customer support agents to see exactly which email a customer is talking about when they call in with questions. The ability to also see sales metrics associated with each profile to see if there is an increase based on the emails we are sending. Also being able to easily see how often customers are engaging with our email sends allows our team to identify trends and remove people that are not interacting. We are very customer first and want to be sure the emails we send are helpful vs overwhelming.

The concept of the tool is great, and it has the right product-market fit. The UI is beautiful. I appreciate having on-the-ground dedicated support for implementation.

There seems to be nothing outside the realm of possibilities when it comes to marketing campaign ideas. Gaining granular insight on all of our metrics as well is a huge plus.
