Solid CDP platform with ESP components

Simon Data's functionality extends beyond what a typical CDP would offer including some ESP components which is a great value-add. It also helps to democratize and secure customer data and puts a lot of power into business users' hands, the power that would typically require a developer to unleash. What is particularly useful is Simon Data's ability to allow business users to perform complex queries and create complex customer segments to enable personalized customer interactions.

Happy in general, but lately the loading times have been painfully slow and lacking EU support.

In general I really like the UX of the platform. Templates are easy to build as you can see the HTML and visuals side-by-side. Intuitive platform to use, when creating segments and flow as well. Generally, the SD support team is kind and helpful.
