Great for SMBs/Startups w/o Data Warehouses

I love that Simon walked our team through the setup and implementation. They have the most direct integrations of any CDP we looked at -- they plug seamlessly into platforms like Zendesk, Shopify, Facebook and Google. Their account management/customer success team has been stellar from day one and I have loved working with their team. Our startup does not have a data warehouse, so the best part is that they function like one that marketers can query and make advanced segments without having to have any of that knowledge or experience.
