Easy to Use, but lacks a few features

UI/UX is very clean and easy to use overall. • Creating segments is easy • Using the mail wzywig editor is excellent (better than some competitors) • Campaign metrics allows you to compare A/B tests and performance quickly

Comprehensive platform

|Simon Data
Creating and scheduling campaigns is intuitive and quick. Customer view is customizable and makes it easy for an at-a-glance reference for a customer. Adding events for reporting (such as signups or registrations) is also relatively easy. User interface is very responsive.
