Simplifies data management and integration

How it integrates with other important aspects of the business such as SMS, email, and push notifications. The UI also is pretty straightforward which translates to a shorter learning curve.

Simon is a mixed bag for our team

I like the ability to segment audiences easily for email sends. Once learning some basic Jinja logic, it is easy to add dynamic content & personalization in the body of the email. The Simon team is also very responsive & communicative which is very helpful.
