I'm a tech lead of the developer team that implement SD for one of our clients. I like the way how all things are documented and how simple could be to test the implementation. I also like the support team which works proactively with the steps we need to complete. Also, they are very helpful with tracking unusually things with custom events. We have this tool integrated with some others like ESP and that all works perfectly to keep all business on track. Working with data sources, personas and flows interested that me much, so I am digging more for a better understanding of how data help with the right decisions.

Simon Data is a powerful CDP and an incredible partner -- one we've collaborated with for nearly 4 years at this point. Watching their product evolve and improve over the years has been remarkable and the amount of features they've road mapped or built specifically at our request is unusual and remarkable. We moved from Klaviyo to a Simon/Sendgrid stack (at the time it was the only ESP they integrated with, but they work with Klaviyo, and most others now) and the power really comes from the simple fact that Simon sits on top of our Redshift warehouse and has access to ALL of our data, not just shopify data, or on-site behavior-based data. We can join data across returns, reviews, NPS, custom surveys, marketing sources, as well as purchase and on-site behavior to drive very specific marketing automation flows to email, SMS, and more. One feature they built for us was the ability to tag people in Shopify as they come in and out of segments, which allows us to do robust server-side personalization for users who are logged in, as well as run specific promos for promotions like anniversary or birthday without having to worry about codes leaking or using unique codes. On top of all of this, from the founders on down, everyone at Simon has been an absolute joy to work with. They have better customer service than any other SaaS provider I've ever worked with.

Simon Data's team is unparalleled — we switched from Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and the customer service experience is night and day. Instead of submitting tickets and waiting for a response, we're in daily communication with their team, working together to solve problems. They feel like core members of our marketing team. It's also a great fit for our existing tech stack, and it's simple and straightforward to get data from Redshift available in Simon for marketing use. Generally their team is constantly improving the tool, so I'm expecting even more great features in the next few years. We're expecting to work with Simon Data for a long time going forward.
