The implementation process was straight forward and the support team was exceptional. We are a non profit organization run by volunteers that found ourselves in the position of having to take over membership from a paid management organization. SilkStart helped us get up and running within a very short period of time. Their support was second to none. The product itself has been perfect for our group. The administrative end is easier to use as well as the user experience. Our members have found it easy to log in and manage their profiles.
