Migrated from Halp to Siit

We used Halp for years before Atlasian has acquired it. Since then I was looking for a good alternative, we found it with Siit. The Slack intégration is so powerful and the AI bot is very cool. I will recommand it to any company who is looking to automate its ticketing system in Slack

The Efficiency Game-Changer

Best ticketing application in Teams

I have been using Siit for few months and i have to say that is the best ticketing experience. Without leaving microsoft teams you can create a ticket to IT teams.
