As a teacher, often scheduling student teacher conferences can be a nightmare for both the teachers at school and for the office staff you does most of the scheduling. It can be difficult to determine our conference slots and match them up with parent availability, However, SignUpGenius made this process so much easier! Slots were determined per teacher and then the parents were just able to sign up!

SignUpGenius can be blasted out via email quickly to your group or organization. There is plenty of customization to create the needed timeslots, size of pairings, and the ability to edit as needed. There are even calendar add-ons and email reminders of what you signed up for.

I really like seeing who is signed up for items/spots. This is helpful when planning to volunteer for something. Clicking multiple signup options and submitting at the end also helps. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to add to outlook.
