It's been great to be able to engage with customers right when they hop on our site (via chat), without having to wait until they fill out a form or just hoping they fill out a form. It's also very insightful to know which companies are visiting our site. The Signals team has been great to work with--we definitely feel supported whenever questions come up. They are also very responsive when it comes to product recommendations we have. Signals was incredibly easy to set up--just a few button clicks. It also integrates well with Salesforce, which is important for our team.

Its capability to be more than just chat. I absolutely love the functionality of the chat and it's easy to build a flow, but the game-changer for me is the website reveal. Companies visiting your pages and it revealing who they are, what pages they visited and more. When you tie that into your CRM it's a gold mine of information.

Signals helped us create alerts that build a type of notification for our ICP accounts to our teams. So we can be anywhere and get a text message that an ICP account is on our site and we can then engage with them when they are there.
