I really like the drag and drop interface of the ChatFunnels bot builder. I had no background in bots or programming, but I was easily able to build interactive bots that suited our relatively simple needs. One feature that especially impressed me that I haven't seen in other bot providers is the ability to create reusable sequences of bot actions that can be used, maintained, and updated across any number of bots.
