ChatFunnels helps us in finding the unknown visitors on our site and then building marketing automation around their business persona with emails & bots on site we are finding new ways to reach people we didn’t know we had come to our site.

What I liked the best (beyond the product functionality and ease of use) is the team and their knowledge along with best practices. The team loves to brainstorm ideas to help increase engagement through the chatbot as well as campaigns where you can integrate the chatbot. It's pretty cool to have chat functionality on a PDF! This is something I never would have even considered (chatbot on PDF) if it wasn't for the team at ChatFunnels. Also, the team is really fantastic and fun to work with :)

Our previous provider is not even close to what we can do in this system. From the dashboard, we can identify new potential clients that fit our ideal personas and even collect contact info to start reaching out to them. Our team feels like they have a team to go to for questions that are not just a queue waiting in line as the team gets back to us quickly and with a personal touch. We enjoy working with the CS team. We have so many features to learn in this system to help us focus on our end goal for growth in sales.
